We are headquartered in Florence and primarily provide services in the field of signalling and telecommunications for railway, metro, and tram systems, for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
We also develop software solutions to support engineering and design activities, including intelligent document management and CAD/BIM applications, contributing to innovation in railway technologies.
Vision
& History
Founded in 2004 by a group of engineers with extensive experience in railway signalling, our initial goal was to develop and promote ATP systems within the national railway sector. Over the years, we have continuously expanded our expertise and operational scope. Today, we work on both traditional systems, such as ACEI (electromechanical system) and ATP, and advanced technologies including ACC, ERTMS, ATS, telecommunications systems, and electrical engineering design. Our strong know-how and high-quality standards have enabled us to expand beyond national borders and successfully participate in prestigious international projects.
Our vision embraces the digital transformation challenge of today's railway industry. We firmly believe that the future of mobility depends on continuous innovation to deliver increasingly reliable transportation systems.

Certifications
Since 22 December 2006, Te.Si.Fer. has been certified according to ISO 9001 standards for the following scope: "Planning of signalling projects and installation of telecommunications systems for railway infrastructures and other guided transportation systems. Design and development of IT software. Installation of railway signalling systems."
Te.Si.Fer. has achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management in the following areas: "Design of signalling and telecommunications systems for railway infrastructures and other guided transport systems. Construction supervision for railway installations."
Te.Si.Fer. is also qualified in BIM design and modelling, both at the corporate and individual professional level.
Te.Si.Fer. has obtained UNI ISO 37001:2016 certification for Anti-Bribery Management Systems. The company has adopted this important framework to prevent and combat corruption, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance.
Te.Si.Fer. has achieved UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality Management.
